(latest from my teacher/daughter, at inner city school in Surrey):

The kids I teach live in the inner city, surrounded by apartments and a mall. 
The descriptions of the freedom of island life are so wonderful to them, and so outside their experience.
I show them photos of the island, because many don’t believe a place like that exists.
