- Mayne Island Skeletons again explores friendship and loyalty. This time Magda stands alone in the fight against prejudice while she finds the real villains and protects her friend. She unearths some real skeletons as well as some of the figurative kind.
- Magda’s Mysterious Stranger shows the maturing Magda dealing with friendships that are changing and learning that gossip can hurt. She encounters frightening images that reveal the truth about PTSD, child warriors, and the responsibility we all have to make it a better world. She also discovers old love letters that lead to interesting revelations about people on Mayne Island.
